About

Progressive Jiu-Jitsu of Idaho was founded in 2019 and is locally owned and operated. Our instructors have a combined 50+ years of experience competing and teaching the grappling arts of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Wrestling and MMA. We also have the only female instructor in the area.

Our training philosophy is based on personal growth and checking your ego at the door. That doesn’t mean that we aren’t ready to kick butt!

Our competition teams have placed 3rd at multiple statewide competitions, with students taking medals in all categories.
